The 32-year-old former reality star revealed in her YouTube series ‘I love my baby but…’ that she gained 40 pounds during her pregnancy.

She also spoke about giving birth vaginally, which ‘changes everything down there’ and means ‘a really long recovery afterwards.’
The changes, which she calls ‘painful’ and ‘uncomfortable,’ also includes her breasts.
Whitney had a lot of anxiety about what labor would do to her body: ‘You’re pushing an eight pound baby out of like a teeny hole and I was obviously concerned about what that was going to do to our sex life.’
She was also concerned about what the changes would do her and husband Tim’s sex life.
Adding that she wondered if Tim would feel the same toward her or if he would still be attracted to her.
Whitney, who stands at six-feet, always thought she was just gain 25 pounds, but no ‘I decided to enjoy myself.’
The MTV reality star had severe nausea during her first trimester and she said she could only eat carbs.

‘I wanted to try and eat healthy and not gain weight because I was just trying to keep the nausea from being so terrible.’
The fashion designer described gaining the pregnancy weight as ‘really hard’ because it ‘did not make me feel good about myself.’
Adding that she didn’t really want to get dressed or go to events or every day outings because she hated how she looked.
While Whitney noted that she understands its important to gain weight for your baby and natural thing, she said ‘gaining weight doesn’t make anyone feel good.’
She was worried about being able to lose the weight and if she would never have her pre-baby body back.
While dressed casually and makeup, Whitney spoke about one of her first thoughts she had after finding out she was pregnant.

She recalled: ‘My body was going to change. We found out I was pregnant right before going to a Pilates class and I said, is it even worth it to go to this Pilates class right now?’
Adding that she was ‘fearful of how my body was going to change and that I wasn’t going to have control over it.’
She noted that fitness was always something she could control in her life and that she enjoyed it.
Whitney said after her father died, fitness was a good release for her and helped her process her emotions following his death from kidney cancer in March 2013.
The star tied the knot with Tim in November 2015 after dating for three years.
