And Apollo Jackson, real name Jake Spence, has now divulged the heartfelt meaning behind his new name.

Apollo told the publication after being in critical care for two weeks, following being stressed, unhappy and overweight, he reassessed his life.
However, quitting his job to pursue a career as a musician and magician was met with many obstacles, including struggling on a low income and sleeping in his ‘crappy’ car.

Taking the name of his ‘old crappy’ car, he expressed his nostalgic sentiment for how the vehicle got him through his ‘tough’ times.
‘There were a few times when things got tough and I spent a few nights sleeping in the car. It was a pivotal moment in my life. I didn’t have any money coming in, I was chasing my dream and knew I wouldn’t always be driving the car. But even though the car was crappy, it was what was getting me to my gigs.’

The entertainer’s maturity has been noticed by Sophie on the show, with the former Bardot singer locking lips with him on Thursday.
Apollo opened up to the star, admitting his mother had breast cancer and he also suffered a mild heart attack and was in critical care for two weeks in the past.
She was pleased by his willingness to be open about his past and his feeling and offered him a rose to stay in the competition.
Sophie gushed over the handsome suitor: ‘I want to settle down. I want someone that’s amazing, that cares for me. And I look at Apollo and he’s got all those things… It’s like he’s the perfect man. I’d love to have a future with Apollo. I’m really excited to see where this can go ’cause I really like him.’
