Once Victoria had six sheets rolled out she then cut them in half with scissors to create 12 shorter rolls and placed them onto skewers.
She then combined two tablespoons of peanut butter and one teaspoon of honey in a bowl to create the homemade satay glaze.
Victoria added one teaspoon of cumin, sriracha, soy sauce, ketjap manis, lime juice and a quarter cup of coconut cream into the bowl and mixed together.
She then created a tasty satay glaze and then coated it onto the rice paper skewers as they cooked in the fry pan
She then placed the skewers into a hot pan with oil and brushed the satay sauce onto the rice paper rolls.
She let the skewers cook until golden and crispy then plated them up with chilli flakes, sesame seeds, lime and a small pot of satay sauce.
