Wild moment huge brawl breaks out as dozens of bargain hunters fight over discounted TVs in Walmart

This is the bizarre moment a brawl broke out at a Walmart in Mexico after dozens of bargain hunters scrambled to snatch discounted TV sets.

The incident took place on Saturday in Tehuacán, Puebla, Mexico during El Buen Fin – an annual nationwide Black Friday-like shopping event in which stores offer huge discounts on different products.

Footage shows how dozens of shoppers gather round giant cardboard boxes containing TVs as they scream and shout  at each other while they argue over who will get to take one home.

But tensions appear to escalate as shoppers begin to push and shove each other as they rush to get ahold of the electronic devices.

In the video, a customer, dressed in a white shirt, can be seen making his way towards one of the boxed televisions before a man behind him,who is wearing a long-sleeved grey blazer, pulls him to the ground.

The man in the white t-shirt gets back on his feet and manages to get ahold of a TV set, but the man in the blazer returns and begins to throw punches at him.

A full-blown fight breaks out between the two shoppers, while other bargain hunters are quickly dragged into the chaos.

A security guard and a member of Walmart staff can be seen trying to control the scuffle.

More than 50 people reportedly joined the fight for the screens, as there were only a limited number available.

The madness erupted during Buen Fin, which is inspired by Black Friday – an annual shopping event which takes place on the day after Thanksgiving.

The shopping weekend, which began on November 15 and ended on November 18,  is held on the weekend before Mexican Revolution Day, which is observed on the third Monday of November.

The incident occurred as shoppers and stores across the world are gearing up for Black Friday next week.

The shopping event has become a global phenomenon, drawing in eager shoppers with promises of thousands of unbeatable deals and discounts on everything from home and kitchen appliances to the latest technology releases.
