And on the shoulders of the ring, there are 32 individual diamonds.
Kate Reid, Senior Jeweller at Larsen Jewellery told Daily Mail Australia, ‘Matty wanted to the ring to be feminine and elegant. It is often suggested that the entwined wire designs symbolise a future with two lives woven into one.’
Larsen have created and designed wedding bands for stars such as Teresa Palmer and Kate said that the appointment with Matty lasted just over an hour and the jewellers got to work on the masterpiece on the same day.
Denial: Matty J denied claims there was a proposal on The Bachelor on Wednesday’s Nova 100’s Chrissie, Sam & Browny show
Meanwhile, on Wednesday, Nova 100’s Chrissie, Sam & Browny spoke to the marketing manager ahead of the final episode and the handsome hunk denied claims of a proposal.
‘I heard that rumour, that one went round, there was no proposal,’ Matty said.
‘There was no hidden proposal, it was something that I didn’t think was the right time to pop the question in that situation,’ he added.
Earlier this week, NW magazine claimed producers of the dating series were forced ‘into damage control’ to ensure Matty appeared to get his ‘fairytale finish’ in the episode.
An alleged ‘source’ told the publication Elise Stacy, 29, Laura Byrne, 31, or Tara Pavlovic, 27, turned down Matty’s proposal because it was ‘too soon’ to fully commit.

‘It was brutal. She just stood there for a while before she started crying and told him that she couldn’t say yes – not yet,’ the ‘insider’ claimed.
‘She was trying to be realistic about the whole thing. Think about it – up until the day before, he had three girlfriends!’ they continued.

‘It was devastating because everyone wanted Matty to find true love. It’s his biggest fear that he’ll be single forever,’ the ‘source’ added.
Despite avoiding an official commitment, the winner apparently ‘insisted she was 100 percent in love’ and wanted to see their relationship work ‘in the real world’.
According to the report, producers on the reality show ‘sprung into damage control’ to re-edit the final episode so it didn’t show Matty’s ‘second heartbreak’.
