There’s no need to wait any longer, for a fascinating online calculator can solve the riddle for you.
The tool, created by the Office of National Statistics (ONS), simply asks for your age and gender before calculating your life expectancy – or that of anyone else.
And, as the widget based on Government data reveals, there is a 7.7 per cent chance of them becoming a centenarian.

Dr Harriet Leyland, a clinical advisor at myGP told MailOnline: ‘Life expectancy is influenced by many factors including genetics and behavioural risks to health such as smoking, poor diet and lack of exercise.
‘However, the bigger influence is likely to be wider socio-economic influences such as income, housing, and employment status.’
She added: ‘There is not much that can be done about genetic factors or external socio-economic factors, but improving healthy behaviours for example by stopping smoking, or increasing the amount of exercise taken can improve health outcomes at an individual level.’

He is also 10 per cent likely to live to 99 and has a 7.6 per cent probability of reaching 100.

Jennifer Lopez: 53
American singer and actress Jennifer Lopez – or J Lo – is best known for starring in Hustlers and Selena, and for hit songs On The Floor and Jenny from the Block.
She is also credited with the launch of Google Images.
