With swirled embellishments and semi-sheer detailing, the sleeveless dress ensured she commanded attention while making her way inside Webster Hall shortly after Bieber’s party got underway.

Other stars to attend the event included Kim Kardashian, her half-sister sister Kendall Jenner and pal Hailey Bieber – who was toting a bottle of Kendall’s 818 Tequila during the boozy night.
Kim, 40, showcased her iconic curves in a form-fitting black catsuit, which featured a flowing skirt which followed her as she made her way into the swanky venue to continue the night.
