Winona Ryder showed off her ageless beauty on Tuesday, at the unveiling of director Tim Burton’s star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in Los Angeles.

The 52-year-old actress, who just returned from the Venice Film Festival, seemed almost unchanged since starring in 1988’s Beetlejuice, as she attended the event.

The Beetlejuice Beetlejuice star honored the legacy of her character, Lydia Deetz, wearing all black for the occasion.

The Oscar nominee donned what appeared to be a vintage shirt dress with long sleeves and a velvet collar and cuffs.

The frock featured a slight slit and she completed the look with black pumps.

The Girl, Interrupted star showcased her flawless complexion wearing natural looking makeup.

She styled her dark hair with a high ponytail and curtain bangs.

During her remarks at the ceremony, the Edward Scissorhands actress spoke highly of the writer and director with whom she has worked on four films.

‘Tim has such a beautiful and unique understanding of the human heart. He knows the heartache of the misunderstood, the strange and unusual,’ she said.

‘He doesn’t just understand them, he celebrates them. Whether outcasts, oddballs, terrifying or hilarious, he gives them depth, humor and always a certain gallantry and he gives them their dignity.’

After nearly four decades of knowing each other, Ryder told her longtime pal, ‘Your friendship has been such an enormous gift. When I met you I was a weird kid.’

‘Now you’re a weird adult,’ the Frankenweenie director quipped.

Ryder agreed and then praised the director saying, ‘you affirmed my voice, reinforced my confidence to be myself, to go against the tides of conformity, your creative inclusiveness is what true artistic collaboration looks like.’
