A Florida woman, who had just gotten out of rehab, was arrested on Thursday for allegedly driving under the influence with a child in the back seat of her car.

Stephanie Roque, 30, was pulled over by a Palm Beach County Sheriff’s deputy around 11am after she made a complete stop in her SUV in the center of a lane at the intersection of Forest Hill Boulevard and Lyons Road.

According to the deputy, Roque had a ‘strong smell of alcohol’ on her when she was stopped.

The deputy also noticed her drivers license was suspended, according to the Palm Beach Post.

Roque reportedly told the officer that she had ‘just got out of rehab today for a drinking problem’.

A child was also found in the backseat of Roque’s car with an open 12-pack of beer sitting under the child’s feet.

It’s unclear if the child in the car belonged to Roque or someone else.

According to the Post, there were only nine of the 12 beers in the case.

Roque was arrested after she performed roadside sobriety tests.

She was charged with DUI and child neglect.

Roque was then booked into the Palm Beach County jail and released on Thursday after posting a $4,000 bond.
