Patricia Coral Mackee’s father built a beautiful colonial style Queenslander more than 92 years ago for his family to live in.

Ms Mackee, who is now 97, just watched a new family purchase the almost century-old property and hopes the five people who will now inhabit the home will have the same lasting memories of the street that she has.

‘This was my mum and dad’s home,’ Ms Mackee told The Courier Mail.
