The woman who allegedly sought a $100 million payoff from Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott has dropped her lawsuit in one county and moved it to another, where she faces a countersuit from the NFL star.

As seen in court filings obtained by DailyMail.com, Victoria Baleigh Shores’ lawsuit was dismissed without prejudice, allowing her to refile a complaint against Prescott.

And as her attorney, Bethel Zehaie, told DailyMail.com, that is exactly what they’ve done: ‘We’ve refiled in Collin [County] so all lawsuits can be heard together. All of our counterclaims have been filed in Collin County including the sexual assault claim.’

Shores first sued Prescott in Dallas County last month, accusing him of sexually assaulting her in the parking lot of a Dallas-area strip club in 2017.

Through his attorney, Levi G. McCathern, Prescott has claimed the sex was consensual.
