Officers were called to the property in Joyner, north of Brisbane about 2pm on Sunday afternoon.
A relative of the duo reportedly found the bodies and called emergency services, 9News reported.
Once they arrived, police declared a crime scene and are currently investigating the circumstances surrounding the deaths.

A spokeswoman for Queensland Police told Daily Mail Australia the investigation is ongoing.
Forensic teams and detectives were all on the scene on Sunday afternoon.
