One woman who became fed-up with being ‘ghosted’ has plucked up the courage to ask her former flames where it all went wrong.
Stephanie D’Agostino, from New York, has devised a cunning survey to gather feedback from the men who have disappeared from her life without a word.
The comedian, 27, initially shared her creation with her 34,000 followers on TikTok where she was quickly flooded with praise.
But not everyone thought they would have the confidence to hit send.

The comedian, 27, shared her creation with her 34,000 followers on TikTok where she was quickly flooded with praise
In the clip, which has so far been viewed more than 438,000 times, Stephanie shares screenshots of the survey as she explains the motivation behind it.
She starts: ‘So I recently got ghosted by a guy who I didn’t even like, which was obviously devastating, and I emailed him this ghosting exit survey to fill out.
‘And feel free to use this at your leisure.’
Stephanie then proceeds to run through the contents of the questionnaire.
In the survey she asks the men to provide her with various feedback, including their thoughts about her appearance, their feelings on her personality – and she even includes a section in which she requests that the man ‘provide the names, emails, and phone numbers of at least two of your exes’, as well as their ‘birth mother’.

Stephanie concluded her video by sharing a screenshot of a sent email which included the survey before stating: ‘And we are off to the races’
‘That’s just so I can start a group chat,’ she jokes.
Stephanie’s final section of the questionnaire includes a list of compensation options that she asks the man to select from, which include material and financial selections, such as sharing their Netflix password or buying her mother a condo with a pool, as well as gestures, like ‘making me your muse’.

She uploaded the clip alongside a caption that read ‘[Let me know] if you want the pdf #ghosting #situationships #datingapps,’ and social media users were quick to flood the comment section with praise for the idea.
Stephanie also revealed the reason she was inspired to create the survey: ‘So I recently got ghosted by a guy who I didn’t even like, which was obviously devastating, and I emailed him this ghosting exit survey to fill out’
Social media users were quick to flood the comment section with praise for the idea, describing it as ‘iconic’ and requesting a version for themselves
One user wrote: ‘I absolutely need to start doing this.’
Another said: ‘This is the most fabulous response to being ghosted that I have ever seen. Kudos!’
Others commented that it was ‘iconic’ and requested a version for themselves.
Not everyone was quite so keen on the idea, however, with one TikTok user simply commenting: ‘But I don’t want to know WHY.’
Someone keen for an update on the situation wrote: ‘Oh my God this is possibly the most incredible thing I’ve ever seen, did you get a reply?’
But Stephanie sadly responded: ‘Randomly not yet… can’t imagine why.’
