A bicycle almost killed a young woman in a terrifying accident, leaving her with horrific brain injuries.
Jessica Goodson, 25, had to learn how to walk, talk and eat after a cyclist crashed into her as she was walking to work, according to PerthNow.
Christopher Robert Watt, 55, was riding his bike and collided with the young woman in Perth in April 2016.

Mr Watt reportedly was not paying attention and failed to brake or swerve before he hit her at about 20km/h.
Judge Linda Petrusa said bikes were like weapons and the rider has full control over ‘the weapon’.
‘Bicycles ride on the road and keep up with cars, so the suggestion that they can’t do harm and are somehow an innocuous instrument I find difficult to accept,’ she said.
‘The effect of this on her [Ms Goodson] has been pervasive and traumatic.’
Mr Watt pleaded not guilty to culpable driving causing grievous bodily harm, according to the publication.
The avid cyclist, who does not drive because he has epilepsy, was given a one-year jail sentence suspended for 16 months.
