Woman suing a clinic after breasts has become ‘square’

A Russian beauty blogger has revealed her torment  after cosmetic surgery on her breasts went wrong – leaving her with square boobs.

Yulia Debbagkh, a social media star in her thirties, shared images of her chest with her followers, showing how silicone implants inserted 13 years ago had become misshapen over time.

Her honest photos left her subject to some vile taunts, with trolls calling her ‘square boobs’ and suggesting she goes for ‘triangles’ next time.

In the online post, she asked: ‘Whose bust is this? Look further… mine. My silicone one, that served me for 13 years.’

The bikini shots clearly show the silicone has shifted in her breasts, with her left one particularly quadrilateral.

She explained that on her left breast ‘the implant is not torn, it is simply rumpled. Of course it is impossible to smooth it. New full scale replacement surgery is needed.’

After posting the images, taunts started, including: ‘You are a silly woman with a square shape’, ‘She is so slim that her implants rumpled’ and ‘No man would marry plastic boobs’.

Yulia named and shamed the clinic where the original surgery took place and allowed Russian channel NTV to film her while she underwent an examination by a surgeon from another clinic, Maxim Nesterenko, who she is relying on the replace her implants.

Nesterenko said that during her previous surgery, the implants were incorrectly put inside her – because they were laid over instead of under the muscle.

‘This time we will do it the proper way,’ he said. ‘We will remove the old implants, put new ones under the muscle. And these new implants will be modern ones. These days manufacturers give a life long guarantee.’

Vowing to go under the knife again, Yulia said: ‘My bust will be better than ever.’

She said the problem with her existing implants emerged more than a decade after surgery at the Institute of Plastic Surgery and Cosmetology in Moscow.

It was seen as a ‘respected place’ especially ‘in those times’.

When she went back to the clinic, she said they told her to ‘take her place in the queue’ and be ready to pay for new surgery.

She said she had not been told that the implants might need replacement.

‘I am not a fan of extreme sports, I did not put on or lose weight. I did not even give birth.

‘I know that woman who had children may experience deformations’, Yulia told NTV, who is shown bikini-clad in one video clearing away snow with a child, her nephew.

She claimed that the clinic where she was originally treated have lost her records.

Deputy director of the clinic Mikhail Pavlyuk said: ‘We do not object to the point that we bear responsibility.’

He added: ‘We are obliged to keep the medical records of our patients for 25 years.’

Lawyers have told her she can expect compensation of around one million roubles – around £12,600.

Yulia said that contrary to the high costs of replacement surgery in some Western countries, she expects a bill of around 300,000 roubles – or £3,800.

She highlighted comments to show the abuse she has faced after revealing her problem
