An American woman is being hailed as ‘epic,’ ‘sensational,’ and a ‘queen’ after creating a PowerPoint presentation for her exit interview, in which she explained that she quit her job because it caused her mental health to decline.

Claire (@claireandpeter) and her boyfriend recently gave their two weeks’ notice in order to travel the world — but according to Claire, the decision was sparked not just by wanderlust, but by general misery at her job.

Ahead of her exit interview, Claire put together a four-slide PowerPoint presentation with graphs that succinctly summed up why she was leaving the company.

She has shared the funny presentation on TikTok, where it has quickly gone viral, delighting like-minded viewers.

The presentation is short, starting with a title page that simply reads: ‘My Exit Interview.’

The next page is a graph, with ‘mental health’ on the y axis and ‘time at company’ on x-axis.

Though seemingly not based on any hard data, it clearly shows a marked decline in her mental health over the time she worked at her current job.

She follows that with a pie chart with the straight-forward title: ‘Reasons I’ve cried in the past 365 days.’

A small sliver of the pie chart is blue, corresponding with the label ‘work.’

The rest is filled in with the color green, which is labeled ‘also work.’

Her final slide concludes: ‘I will not be providing further feedback since you don’t listen anyways.’

It’s unclear if Claire actually presented the PowerPoint at work or if it was just for TikTok laughs, but it has already been viewed 2.8 million times on the app and earned over 165,000 likes.

‘Perfect. No changes required. Please submit,’ wrote one.

‘Obsessed. I’m inspired, truly,’ commented another.

‘Oh my god I need this level of detail to present to management,’ wrote a third, while a fourth chimed called it ‘epic.’

Others called it ‘perfect’ and ‘gold,’ and some asked Claire to send the PowerPoint to them so they could use it, too.

‘If you want I’ll email this to your boss right now,’ Claire offered.
