Milton police say the woman saw a black Honda Accord parked behind her car briefly.
The car belongs to another person in her apartment complex, and she told police that she believes that person was responsible for the slashing. Police were unable to make contact with him.
Police said there were fingerprints on the windshield, but they were too ‘smudged’ to get any usable prints.
The police report made no mention of the quality of the woman’s parking job.
The incident occurred on August 18.
According to the report, the slashed tire was worth $175.
