Woody Harrelson and Flea reminisce about snowboarding NAKED down a mountain: ‘It’s actually great footage’

Woody Harrelson and Flea are reminiscing about some great times they had in their past… including some naked snowboarding.

Flea (born Michael Peter Balzary), 62, appeared on Harrelson, 63, and his Cheers co-star Ted Danson’s podcast Where Everybody Knows Your Name.

Harrelson and Flea go way back, with the actor mentioning that they have gone snowboarding many times, when Flea says, ‘Remember that time we snowboarded naked?’

Harrelson – who made headlines in May when Hootie and the Blowfish singer Darius Rucker revealed the actor saved his life – couldn’t help but laugh.

‘He and I snowboarded naked. I have footage of Woody Harrelson and I snowboarding stark naked down a big snowy mountain,’ Flea confirmed.

Harrelson asked where that was and Flea said it might have been Utah, but he wasn’t entirely sure.

‘It’s actually great footage,’ Harrelson insisted, as Flea added, ‘I wanted to post in on Instagram but (Harrelson’s wife) Laura cautioned me against it, that it might not be wise, having our peckers floating around.’

Danson joked that it was cold out, in their defense, as Harrelson said, ‘That would be my only defense.’

Harrelson added of his friend, ‘We’ve had more laughs, more fun, I’ve just got to say, the greatest times I’ve had with you.’

‘He’s very zen… but he is also competitive,’ Harrelson said, which Flea agreed with, though the bassist noted a difference between them.

‘Unlike you, I love the competition, I don’t really care if I win or lose,’ Flea said, as Harrelson insisted, ‘I’m the same way!’

‘I’ve seen you sulking after losing,’ Flea said with a laugh, as the bassist opened up about, ‘one of the last times’ they were snowboarding together.

‘We were racing, and we were both reckless, so let’s face it, we go very fast, but we’re very average snowboarders, we have to admit,’ Flea said.

‘So we’re racing and I’m out-of-control rocketing down this mountain and I nearly take a lady out, but I don’t, I swerve out of the way, we’re racing, it’s all good,’ he said.

He adds that the lady came down and started yelling at him and Flea genuinely apologized… but she starts sticking her ski pole in his face, leading Woody to come to his defense.

‘You and I get on the lift but you’re just itching for a brawl and you start yelling, “I’m waiting at the top of the lift. I’ll be waiting at the top.” And then you tell me, you’re like, ‘Nothing can make me happier. Nothing can make me happier than that f—ing guy coming up there.’ And I realized there’s a joy that you take in impending chaos,’ Flea said, as Harrelson admitted that was true n his past, but not anymore.
