A Woolworths employee has offered a glimpse behind-the-scenes of his morning routine that happens inside the store every day.
Liam Kirley, from Sydney, shared a TikTok video showing how workers set up the store every morning before opening the doors to shoppers.
‘This is how we set up the fresh produce department every morning,’ Liam said.
‘We open up the fridges, check for any leaks and then we take off the potato tarps.’

The video shows Liam checking the cool room where all the fresh new fruits and vegetables are stored before making his way back to the produce aisle.
‘I make a list of things that needs to be filled. And then we get cracking,’ he said.
Liam started replenishing the shelves with kale, apples, bananas and strawberries.
Once all the shelves are fully stocked, the store is ready for service.
‘Doors open, and then I do a compulsory dance,’ Liam jokingly said as he danced.

Earlier this week, Liam offered a sneak peek at how the famous doughnuts are made.
He shared a TikTok video showing an industrial machine dropping the ring-shaped dough into hot oil and fried before they are hand glazed.
‘You might be familiar with our delicious strawberry iced doughnuts but have you ever wondered how they’re made,’ Liam said.
The footage shows the process of how the doughnuts are made from scratch.
‘This is our doughnut maker that gets piped out through the machine and into the famous doughnut shape,’ Liam said.

The doughnuts are fried on both sides in a bath of cooking oil before they are pushed onto a conveyor belt and transferred onto a tray to cool.
‘It’s super hot then it goes onto a tray,’ he said.
Once the doughnuts have cooled down, the bakers individually glaze them in strawberry icing and dip them into rainbow sprinkles.
‘Our bakers ice them, dip them into some pretty sprinkles, package them, put them onto the shelf and then I taste test,’ he said.
