WWE star Sheamus boasts incredible body transformation in just FOUR MONTHS after the Irishman was ridiculed for returning to Monday Night RAW overweight

  • The Celtic Warrior was ruthlessly mocked in his comeback appearance in April
  • This week he was struck by rival Pete Dunne’s shillelagh causing a nasty wound
  • The 46-year-old joined WWE in 2009 and is one of the sport’s biggest names

WWE icon Sheamus has revealed an incredible body transformation which took him just four months, after he was ridiculed for returning to Monday Night RAW overweight.

The Irishman made a long-awaited return to wrestling in April but was mocked by fans for appearing less than trim in the ring.

At the time, close friend and rival in the ring Drew McIntyre used Sheamus’s ‘banger after banger’ catchphrase against him, saying: ‘Since you came back it looks to me it’s been burger after burger after burger after burger.’

The Celtic Warrior has clearly not allowed such taunts to get the better of him, however, and he made an appearance on RAW in a three-way match earlier this week.

And Sheamus looked in great shape boasting a toned figure despite succumbing to a disappointing defeat.

The icon’s body transformation comes at a time when his contract with WWE is reportedly nearing its expiration.

The 46-year-old, who joined WWE in 2009, has been one of the biggest names in the sport since first bursting onto the scene but could leave professional wrestling this year.

The Celtic Warrior was out of action between August and April with a shoulder injury after being hurt when he faced Edge (AKA Adam Copeland) in his last match.

He has previously dropped hints that he could be departing WWE once and for all.

In March, Sheamus caused concern amongst fans after abruptly leaving Twitter without offering any explanation.

Fans were stunned as they noticed one of the WWE’s biggest icons of the past decade deleted his account without any prior warning.

Sheamus has since rebooted the account and now boast 4.7m followers on his X profile and is one of WWE’s most searched for personalities online.

Sheamus often used to share images of his personal life and career projects on his account as one of the sport’s most-recognised fighters.
