Middle daughter Brodie has not yet been able to tell her own three-year-old daughter Myah that her kind and generous granddad is not coming home.
Brodie wept as she pleaded for help in finding her father’s killer on Sunday.
She said she wanted her father to know how much his family loved him and cared about him.
‘His grandchildren are always going to know the kind of person that he is,’ she said, holding back her tears.
