Downdetector’s outage map shows New York City is in the red, likely due to many companies just starting the work day.

Sage’s service dashboard shows Intacct and AutoEntry are experiencing outages.

Intacct is a cloud-based, multi-entity accounting, budgeting, and financial management software.

The system provides features like real-time dashboards, order management, and multi-dimensional financial reporting.

AutoEntry is a cloud-based application that automates data entry for accounting and bookkeeping practices by capturing, categorizing, and publishing financial documents directly into accounting software, eliminating manual data entry.

‘We have identified a global issue preventing customers from exporting data using the ‘Generic’ and ‘Relate AP’ formats in AccountsPrep, shared Sage in regards to issues hitting AutoEntry.

‘All other product functionalities are performing as expected.

‘As a workaround customers can export their data by switching to another available format. We are working on a permanent fix.’
