YouTube bodybuilding star Joesthetics has died from an aneurysm aged 30.
German influencer Jo Lindner rose to fame posting fitness videos on social media, and was known to his eight million Instagram followers for the great lengths he would go to to maintain his physique.
Just weeks before his death he said he feared over-training would give him a heart attack due to his rare muscular condition.
His heartbroken girlfriend Nicha, opening up on social media, said that he died in his room while cuddling her after dressing her in a necklace he had made.
The bodybuilder – who spent time in Thailand and Dubai – had felt a pain in his neck three days before, but had not realised what this was.

She continued: ‘He was in my arms.. than this is just happening too fast.. 3 days ago he kept said that he pain his neck .. we not really realize it… until it too late.
‘At this moment I couldn’t write anything much. Trust me this man is more than what you ever know.
‘If your guys were know him like I do… his is the amazing and incredible person in this world.’
An aneurysm occurs when an artery wall weakens, allowing it to widen.
He was waiting to go to the gym with bodybuilder friend Noel Deyzel when he unexpectedly died.
Taking to social media, Noel – who himself has more than four million followers – said: ‘I still keep checking my phone waiting for your reply so we can meet at the gym.
‘I’m broken bro, you opened your arms up to us, you showed us so much about life and social media. Your generosity towards myself and others will forever stay with me.
‘I still don’t believe this is true because you still had so much to do and go for.’

‘I just don’t know what to say anymore. It hurts to know you are gone forever man. I love you bro, rest easy.’
Speaking on YouTube in June, he opened up about having rippling muscle disease – which can make your muscles especially sensitive to movement or pressure.
‘The heart is also a muscle, that’s my biggest concern that what if I get such a bad cramp that my heart gets a cramp,’ he told Bradley Martyn’s Raw Talk.
