YouTube star jumps from a moving train into London dock

This is the crazy moment an extreme sports enthusiast jumps from an unmanned train into the water in the heart of London’s docklands.

Rikke Brewer posted footage of the incident, which he proclaimed was his ‘biggest stunt yet’, on his YouTube channel.

The footage shows Brewer and an unnamed accomplice clamber on top of the driverless Docklands Light Railway at Heron Quays station in London.

The pair are filmed as the DLR train pulls out of the station and onto a bridge crossing under the shadow of Canary Wharf.

As the train crosses the bridge, the pair leap into the water below.

The incident appeared on Brewer’s YouTube page on September 3, although it is not known when the footage was shot.

Dozens of people can be seen in the background at the time of the stunt.

Brewer and his associate manage to safely swim to the side of the dock and make their way out of the water unassisted.

Following the stunt, he told his followers: ‘Ok guys, I hope you enjoyed that, I do not advise anyone else to copy what we do – stay safe out there guys.

‘That was insane, I hope you guys loved it, peace out.’

Superintendent Chris Casey from British Transport Police, said: ‘We completely condemn the dangerous actions of these two boys. They risked their lives and the lives of others for the sake of a YouTube video.

‘Our officers have experienced first-hand the devastation that families are left with when a loved one is killed or seriously injured on the railway.

‘Behaviour such as this is not worth the risk.

‘We are currently in the process of making enquiries regarding this video and the illegal actions of the two people who so-called “train surfed” on top of the DLR train.

‘We would ask that anyone who has any information contacts us by sending a text to 61016 or by calling 0800 40 50 40 quoting reference 227 of 06/09/2017.’
