‘I have been doing that thing lately where I look at other people’s babies go ‘ooooh’, she said.

Both hosts quickly jumped on the opportunity to rib Ms Stynes about her comment, saying she already had ‘a thousand kids’.

In response, Ms Stynes said she suspected her maternal drive was kicking back into gear because her youngest son had recently turned two, and that she now considered him ‘officially a little man.’

‘I don’t have a baby any more and they smell so good and juicy and peachy,’ she said.

While she admitted she wasn’t ‘doing it again’ in regards to having another child, she did share she still ‘craves a cuddle with a little infant.’

Over the course of the pop culture podcast, Ms Stynes also spoke about a recent incident involving the police who had turned up at her home to investigate an alleged domestic violence incident.

‘I think if you ring, and don’t identify where you are calling from, they [the police] can identify it from the phone call.

‘They got a call that seemed to be coming from our house.’

Ms Stynes explained police then searched every room in the house ‘in case there was someone cowering behind a desk or something.’

The topic sparked debate among the broadcasters on the question of when it’s okay to call 000 to report less important incidents.

Recalling her experience, Ms Stynes said she’d recently made a call to emergency services to report a cyclist she believed was primed for an accident.

She said her and her husband had been returning home at night when they had seen a delivery cyclist entering traffic on a busy bridge with only one light on their bike.

‘The traffic goes really hard on this bridge, and I just went ‘that guy is going to die’, I didn’t feel right just driving on,’ she said.

‘I picked up my phone and thought I would just ring the local cops who are just around the corner.’

Seizing the moment for some comic relief, the hosts immediately asked ‘how do you know that number?

To which Ms Stynes hilariously replied, ‘I used to have it when I was complaining about parities.’

‘I then rang 000 to report this guy whose life is in danger who is riding his bike across a multi-lane bridge in the dark,’ she continued.

Despite some hesitation after she was connected through to the service because she wasn’t sure it was ‘a real emergency’, Ms Stynes said she was able to explain the situation.

‘The police were so good, and patient, and said they would send someone to take a look.’
