Zachary Ty Bryan’s most recent arrest has revealed troubling allegations.
More details have come forward following the former Home Improvement star’s January 1 arrest for domestic violence.
According to TMZ, the alleged victim told police in Myrtle Beach, SC the 43-year-old actor punched her in the face multiple times.
She also said the trouble star, with whom she shares a child, put her in a choke hold, cutting off her breathing and making her fear for her life, according to the police report.
Bryan was arrested on charges of second-degree domestic violence.
If convicted, he faces up to three years in prison and/or a fine of $2500 to $5000, according to South Carolina law.

The Guardians of Justice (Will Save You) actor was released on $10,000 bond.
Bryan, who starred as oldest son Brad Taylor on Home Improvement for eight years, was arrested for domestic violence in Oregon in 2020, in which he was also accused of assault and strangulation, and other serious crimes.
In a deal worked out with prosecutors, Bryan pleaded guilty to two misdemeanors and was sentenced to three years of probation, and ordered to attend a violence prevention program.
He was arrested again in July 2023 for felony assault in violation of Oregon’s Abuse Prevention Act.
In order to avoid 19-20 months of jail time, Bryan pleaded guilty to felony assault in the fourth degree.
The deal called for 36 months of supervised probation, seven days in jail and a set of conditions, including no contact with the victim.
He was also ordered to undergo alcohol and substance abuse treatment, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Bryan has a history of domestic abuse charges. He was arrested in Oregon in 2020 and again in 2023 on charges similar to those in South Carolina. He agreed the three years probation following the 2023 arrest. It is unclear how the most recent charges will affect that deal

Bryan posted $65,000 bail after he was arrested in La Quinta, CA in February 2024 for DUI.
After his October 2024 arrest for driving under the influence in Custer County, Oklahoma he was released on $25,000 bond.
Bryan will next appear in court on the South Carolina domestic violence charges on March 28.
