And Zara McDermott showed off her washboard abs as she took to Instagram on Monday to tell fans she was going to try intermittent fasting.
The Love Island star, 23, flaunted her teeny-tiny waist in a hot pink Nike sports bra and shorts after visiting an ice cream van with boyfriend Sam Thompson, 27, and his sister Louise, 30.

Zara turned to the side to show her incredibly toned figure from all angles.
The television personality wrote: ‘Good morning!!! Happy Monday! hope everyone has an amazing day. I’m trying intermittent fasting this week. Does anyone else do it? What’s everyone’s thoughts?!’.
Intermittent fasting is an eating pattern that cycles between periods of fasting and eating. It doesn’t specify which foods you should eat but rather when you should eat them.

It comes after Zara revealed she’s gained three pounds after incorporating more protein into her diet in a candid Instagram post last week.
Alongside sizzling snaps shared on both her main account and fitness page, she insisted she’s ‘not concerned at all’ about ‘the scales’.
She is continuing to lead a healthy lifestyle with help from personal trainer Ryan Libbey, who is engaged to Louise.
Last month, Zara revealed being around gym bunnies has certainly had an effect on her as she has lost weight in nine months.

The Essex beauty added she had been listening to Louise’s advice and had stopped counting calories in favour of tracking her macros, which involves analysing the macronutrients – grams of protein, fat and carbohydrates – in her diet.
Alongside a video of herself now and some swimsuit pictures from last year, Zara penned: ‘Almost 2 stone down!!!! can’t believe how far I’ve come looking at old pics. Goooo me!!!!!!’
Responding to questions from fans, she stated that she now works out four times a week, has dropped from 68kg to 57kg, and took nine months to reach her goal – allowing two months over November and December.
