Zara McDermott showed off her bloated stomach on Wednesday after hitting the breakfast buffet while on holiday with boyfriend Sam Thompson.
The Love Island star, 25, took to Instagram as she and Sam, 30, chilled out after their first meal of the day, wit the beauty informing her followers: ‘It’s totally normal to not have perfectly carved abs after meals.’
Zara looked sensational in an orange and pink strapless bikini, which she had showed off as the couple later hit the beach in Marbella amid Sam’s 30th birthday celebrations.

Showing off her fuller belly while her partner checked out his phone beside her, Zara penned ‘That breakfast buffet hit different though.
‘As I always say it’s totally normal to bloat and not have perfectly carved abs after meals. Especially on holiday!!’

She then lifted her top up to show off her flat stomach which was the result of taking the supplement.

Her boyfriend Sam Thompson, 30, took to his Instagram Stories where he shared a video of the former Love Islander attempting to fit into the green halter neck frock, joking: ‘Booty problems!’

As Zara looked in the mirror while trying to pull the dress up over her curves, Sam filmed her from behind.
‘Having trouble there, boo? Well it’s clearly too small, so… booty problems!’ insisted the Made In Chelsea hunk.
While Zara was determined to get into the frock, Sam told her: ‘It’s not gonna work, it’s not gonna fit. You’re gonna be uncomfortable the whole time. Take it off.’
After finally admitting defeat, the brunette beauty trundled away looking downtrodden before selecting another outfit to wear.

Sam and Zara confirmed their relationship in May 2019, telling OK Magazine that Zara made the first move. ‘She slid into my DMs. It was great and I’m glad she did,’ Sam revealed.
They briefly split but got back a few months later in November 2020 after Sam forgave Zara for cheating on him.
A source told MailOnline exclusively at the time: ‘They are certainly back together again. This finally happened about two weeks ago now. He took her back.’
Sam had previously stated on Made In Chelsea that their 16-month relationship was well and truly over, following revelations Zara had cheated.
