The niece of King Charles III, 43, who lives in London, showcased her upmarket fashion sense as she attended the VIP event alongside her celebrity friends.
The lunch is part of the Magic Millions Carnival, of which Zara is an ambassador, and she is a regular attendee at the prestigious two-week racing spectacular.
The equestrian royal looked radiant in a chic black-and-white Rebecca Vallance Aurerlia Short Sleeve Mini Dress, which cinched at the waist and featured a stylish floral design.
The former Olympian, who is married to former rugby union star Mike Tindall, gave herself a few extra inches in a pair of white heels to complete her look.

The pair have travelled to the exclusive event almost ever year since 2013, only taking a break during the Covid-19 lockdown due to travel restrictions.
The Women With Horsepower lunch has become a staple of the Magic Millions Carnival, which runs from January 1 until January 14 and features a whole host of world-famous racing events.
One such event is the Magic Millions Racing Women Achievement Awards, which celebrates ‘outstanding national success and achievements by women in the thoroughbred industry’.

Zara is one of five judges on the panel for the racing awards.
She previously said she loves escaping to Australia during the winter months because the UK’s climate is ‘bleak in January’.
Zara and Mike have made no secret of their love for Australia, having first met in a Sydney bar when Mike was drowning his sorrows after being cut from the England squad during the 2003 World Cup.
At the time, Zara was on a gap year in the country and they were introduced by Prince Harry.
The pair went on to tie the knot in 2011 and share three children – Mia, Lena, and Lucas.
Zara and Mike aren’t working royals and don’t take money from the Sovereign Grant and fund their lifestyle through various brand deals.
In 2012, Zara was announced as the first Magic Millions Racing Women Ambassador.
Magic Millions has been a regular fixture in Zara’s calendar since that year, when she became its patron following her Olympic silver medal win in London.

The seven days of auction culminate in a major race meeting, where all contenders are horses bought at previous Magic Millions auctions.
Leaving the miserable British weather behind, Zara and Mike will participate in the 10-day equestrian carnival.
Zara will showcase her skills on the polo ground while Mike, who hosts a podcast with James Haskell and Alex Payne, will provide his witty commentary at the glitzy event.
