Fans are going wild after finding out the four-year-old daughter of Gigi Hadid and Zayn Malik bears his surname.
Gigi, 29, shared the full name of their daughter, Khai, in an emotional Instagram post on Thursday, along with some photos from her Baby Yoda-themed bash.
Their young daughter’s name was revealed in a photo showing a Descendants-themed scroll that read: ‘Khai Malik,’ with an invite from King Ben and his ‘councilors’ for her to attend Auradon Prep, the school featured in the Disney TV films.
Fans were excited that the model – who split from the One Direction star, 31, in 2021 – finally shared Khai’s surname, after previously evading the question.

It’s unclear if Gigi’s current boyfriend, 49-year-old actor Bradley Cooper, or Zayn were at the party as neither were featured in the snaps.
But both Gigi and Zayn shared touching tributes to their daughter.
The model posted a number of snaps from the colorful party, accompanied by a gushing caption about her ‘adventurous’ and ‘loving’ daughter.
‘Our girl is 4 today and we celebrated all week!!! She loves animals (fantastical ones too), music, baby yoda, all things nature & bugs, Descendants, anything squishy or miniature, and if possible – will be in the water from dawn til dusk,’ she said.
‘She is curious, adventurous, loving, and oh so witty… Khai – it is my life’s greatest joy and pride to be your mama!!!!’

Zayn shared his own birthday message to his daughter to Instagram.
He shared a snap of him holding Khai at the beach, and wrote, ‘Happy birthday to the most important person in my life.
‘I love you more than words allow me to express, beyond proud to call you my daughter… grateful for every second I get to spend next to you, as you become the incredible person I know you already are. Four years ago today my life changed forever and I wouldn’t be the man I am today without you.’
Gigi and Zayn dated for about five years. They welcomed their daughter in September 2020.
Reported tensions between Zayn and and Gigi’s mother Yolanda eventually led to their separation in October 2021.
Zayn was charged with four counts of harassment. He pleaded no contest to the charges over allegedly pushing Yolanda into a dresser and calling her a ‘f*****g Dutch sl*t’ in September 2021.
Gigi has since moved on with Bradley, who shares a seven-year-old daughter with model Irina Shayk, 38. The pair were first linked in October 2023.
