American flier arrested for urinated on a Japanese man

American flier, 24, is arrested for URINATING on a 50-year-old Japanese man after drinking ‘at least four glasses of champagne and one cup of sake’ during a flight to Tokyo

  • The 24-year-old American was flying from Chicago O’Hare with All Nippon Air 
  • He was sitting two rows away from the Japanese man as the incident unfolded
  • Cabin crew members restrained the man and handed him over to Tokyo police
  • The American suspect later claimed he had no recollection of the incident at all

An American passenger has been arrested for urinating on a 50-year-old Japanese man on a flight to Tokyo.

The 24-year-old man, who remains unnamed, was flying from Chicago O’Hare to Narita International Airport with All Nippon Airways (ANA) last Friday.

According to Japan Today the man had consumed at least four glasses of champagne and one glass of sake while on the flight.

Police said the American man had been sitting two rows away from the victim as the incident unfolded.

He was reportedly restrained by the plane’s cabin crew and handed over to police upon arrival in Japan. 

The victim stated that he had had no previous contact with the American. 

The suspect later claimed he could not remember what he had done.
