She’s in the final trimester of her pregnancy, as she and husband Scott Barrow eagerly await the arrival of their new bundle of joy.

And over the weekend, heavily pregnant Em Rusciano, 39, wrote candidly about  the body changes that have occurred during her pregnancy journey.

Em joked about discovering stretch marks and skin tags in the past eight months, as well as sharing how she felt about her changing figure.

Accompanying the post was an image of Em in a black bikini, as she proudly showed off her growing baby bump.

‘Women’s bodies are miraculous things. There have been times where I’ve caught myself feeling worried or repulsed by what’s occurred to me physically,’ she wrote.

‘It’s hard not to when your previously B cup breasts now nestle themselves snuggly inside a D cup, and when set free, rest atop your growing stomach like two giant, mono-nippled Jabba The Huts.’

Em added that although she sometimes didn’t like what she saw physically, the pregnancy kept things in perspective.

‘On these occasions, I’ve mostly been able to remind myself that there’s a human life growing inside of me. A whole new person to come into the world, created by the factory of my body…’ she wrote.

‘And then I just worry about that instead of the cellulite on the side of my knees. ‘
