Japanese anime fan’s porn stash is exposed to their mother by earthquake

A Japanese anime fan was embarrassed when a recent earthquake revealed their stash of erotic artwork to their mother. 

The quake in Osaka caused damage to homes, throwing shelves and furniture into disarray and uncovering one person’s collection of magazines.  

The owner wrote on Twitter: ‘Because of the earthquake, the erotic fanzines I’d stashed away were exposed to my mum!’

The tweet went viral with other users commenting that it was a ‘nightmare’ and that they should have kept them locked away, Sora News 24 reported.

One user wrote: ‘You never know when this might happen so you have to be prepared.

And another reportedly said: ‘I don’t know who this was worse for – you or your mum.’   

Other anime fans suffered damage to their collections, with one sharing a picture of a decapitated figurine.  

The earthquake of 6.1 magnitude struck Osaka, Japan’s second largest city, killing five, including a nine-year-old schoolgirl, and injuring hundreds. 

The quake, which struck during Monday’s morning rush hour injured more than 370 people in the region, according to the Fire and Disaster Management Agency. 

More than 500 primary and secondary schools in Osaka and nearby  prefectures suffered damage to their buildings including collapsed ceilings and broken window glass.

A 4.0-magnitude aftershock hit the region early on Tuesday, the meteorological agency said.
