Kendall Jenner just plunked down a whopping $8.55 million on a five-bedroom mansion in Beverly Hills.
The reality star and model, 21, purchased the estate that was previously owned by Charlie Sheen who bought it in 2012 with his then-wife Brooke Mueller.
The Spanish-style residence was built in 1991 and is located in the Mulholland Estates neighborhood, according to listings website Trulia.com.

Outside there’s a courtyard with a fountain and a swimming pool as well as a tennis court.

Sheen first listed the property following his spit with Mueller in 2013, but he didn’t find a buyer until last year.
The property was purchased in June 2016 for $5.4 million, that’s $3.1 million less than what Kendall has paid for it.

In June,m the reality star also listed a property she owns in the Westwood neighborhood of Los Angeles for $1.6 million.
