Carl Higbie, a former Navy Seal, who was appointed as Chief of External Communications for the Corporation for National and Community Service (CNCS), has resigned after a CNN investigation unearthed statements he made on his own Internet radio talk show that showed a history of racism and sexism. 

President Trump, here posing with Carl Higbie has not made a statement about the resignation or the comments he made.
