Sauce Gardner and Aaron Rodgers have continued to show-off their bromance on social media after the Jets cornerback gifted the veteran quarterback with a No. 8 chain to mark his arrival in New York.

Back in April, Gardner, 22, tweeted that he and his jeweler, Al, ‘got something’ for ‘ARod,’ a.k.a. Rodgers, 39, along an emoji of a diamond.

Two months later, and on Saturday, Gardner presented the chain to Rodgers while the latter was working on his conditioning inside of a Jets facility.

‘Hear me out, hear me out,’ said Gardner at first. ‘So, you’re my jewelers favorite quarterback. You know what I mean? Al, the Jeweler.

‘So he wanted to cook up something special for you…he brought the idea to me, I said I think it would be a good idea…’

Rodgers was able to crack a smile once Gardner put the chain on him

Then, Gardner, who was drafted by the Jets as fourth overall pick of the 2022 NFL Draft, opens a black jewelry case to reveal the No. 8 chain, ornamented in Gang Green’s colors – green and white.

But, that wasn’t it all, as Rodgers then tells his sophomore teammate: ‘You got to put it on me.’

Crossing his arms while wearing a ‘Phase Me’ t-shirt, Rodgers pulls off a smile as a member of the Jets staff can be heard listening in the background of the franchise’s footage of the moment on Twitter.

‘Thanks man, I appreciate,’ then said Rodgers to Gardner as the pair embrace.

Both players have formed a close bound since Rodgers was traded to the Big Apple from the Green Bay Packers in June.

Not only did Gardner reveal his delight at the addition of the four-time league MVP on the Jets’ roster, but he also got to hang out with the 2011 Super Bowl at a Knicks playoff game, which actress Jessica Alba also attended.

Rodgers and Gardner have also been spotted having fun together on at Jets training, as the team gets set to face the Cleveland Browns in the Pro Football Hall of Fame game in Ohio on August 3.

Jets head coach Robert Saleh has strongly suggested that he won’t play his starters in the highly-anticipating matchup, though he has yet to confirm if Rodgers will sit out of the contest.
