AFL WAG Rebecca Judd and her husband Chris welcome new addition to the family

Rebecca Judd welcomed a new addition to the family on Saturday when she announced the arrival of her new puppy Snoop.

The AFL WAG, 40, debuted the adorable pooch on Instagram as she explained her family is ‘officially in the dog season of our lives’. 

Uploading two videos and an image of the Rhodesian ridgeback, the model was eager to share some fun facts about the breed of her new fur baby.

‘He’s a Rhodesian ridgeback but a less common liver nose (brown) so is often confused with a Hungarian vizsla. Ridgebacks usually have a black nose,’ she wrote.

‘The biggest physical differences of a Ridgey is the ridge of hair that runs down it’s back and it will also grow to be a bigger dog than a Vizsla.’

Bec’s first video of Snoop showed the puppy exploring her home, while the second one was an even sweeter clip of him falling asleep in the arms of daughter Billie.

‘I think Billie is his ‘person’,’ Bec captioned the heartwarming video.

Finally the television presenter uploaded a black and white picture showing off the ridge which runs up Snoop’s back.

The Judd family’s happy news comes just a few weeks after Bec took six weeks off social media as she enjoyed a lavish family holiday in Europe.

The media personality shared a throwback highlight reel from her trip with her fans and followers on Instagram when she returned.

Bec, who enjoyed a break in London, Ibiza, and Corfu, could be seen cosying up to her AFL star husband Chris by the pool as they soaked up the sun in Greece.

She looked incredible as she showed off her model figure wearing a tiny pink bikini and sunglasses.

Former Carlton star Chris, 39, went shirtless and wore matching pink boardshorts as he wrapped his arms around his wife.

In another image, Bec stripped off into a red triangle bikini which she teamed with a pair of cut-off denim shorts during a boating trip.

At one point, the happy couple went for a stroll around a quaint European town as they shared a sweet kiss.
