Alameddine was rushed to hospital following the crash but is ‘okay, just a bit banged up’, a source told The Daily Telegraph.
Alameddine is currently under a Serious Crime Prevention Order.
He is facing charges for directing a criminal group, armed robbery and dealing with the proceeds of crime.
He was earlier this year seen with Comanchero sergeant-at-arms Tarek Zahed and new president Alex Meehan, after the Zahed was shot ten times at an Auburn gym in May. He survived the attack.
Zahed’s brother Omar, 39, was also hit with multiple bullets, that put him into cardiac arrest and died at the scene.
