Amanda Bynes was seen vaping and chatting to her fellow students while on a break from her manicurist classes on Friday.

The Amanda Show alum, 38, wore an oversized black t-shirt and black pants that were cropped at the ankle.

Her wavy, platinum blonde hair was pulled half up in a top knot while the rest fell around her shoulders and chest.

Earlier this month, Amanda – who hasn’t commented on the explosive Dan Schneider Quiet on the Set documentary – wrote a short note explaining that she hasn’t passed the board exam to obtain her manicurist license despite various attempts.

‘Since I haven’t passed the board exam yet to get my manicurist license, I started back at school to study manicurist theory to practice doing acrylics before I take the test again so I’ll be good to go when I get a job at a nail salon.’ the She’s the Man star wrote in the Instagram post.

The former What I Like About You actress first revealed that she was attending cosmetology school to become a manicurist back in October of 2022.

‘Prepping for school tomorrow. I have 100 hours so far.. 300 more to go before I get my license to be a nail tech!’ she captioned a photo of her nail supplies at the time.

To qualify to take the California State Board of Cosmetology exam for manicurists, one must complete a minimum of 400 hours of training.

Amanda – who has vowed to get back down to 110lbs – also declined to take part in Quiet On Set: The Dark Side of Kids TV.

The series featured multiple Nickelodeon alums who alleged a ‘toxic environment’ while Dan Schneider was in charge of the network in the late 1990s and early 2000s.

The Amanda Show’s Raquel Lee Bolleau shared her experience of alleged abuse during the filming of the sketch comedy series in an episode of Quiet On Set.

Raquel, 37, starred in the first season of the Nickelodeon sketch comedy series and thought the show would be her big break.

Raquel, who is now the voice of Nubia Gross in The Proud Family, focused in particular about a skit called The Literals, which involved Amanda repeatedly spitting her drink on Raquel.

According to Raquel, Amanda repeatedly spat in her face while filming the skit, even when nobody told her to do so.

‘Everybody thought it was so funny. Everybody’s laughing, but I did not find it funny,’ she recalled during the final bonus episode of Quiet On Set. ‘The third time, I was infuriated.’

The actress added that the director tried to calm her down. ‘The director hurried and put me on the side of the set and was like, “Listen, Raquel. Breathe in. Breathe out. She’s the star of the show,”‘ she continued.
