Andrea Bocelli says he is ‘privileged’ to perform with his son Matteo, 24, and daughter Virginia, 10, as they sing together on This Morning
His incredible voice is known around the world and now it seems that talent runs in the family.
As renowned tenor Andrea Bocelli, 64, was joined on This Morning on Monday by his son Matteo, 24, and ten-year-old daughter Virginia.
The trio delighted ITV viewers with a performance of The Greatest Gift from their new album, A Family Christmas.

Italian singer Andrea revealed he feels ‘privileged’ to be able to spend time with his family after working away for weeks at a time.
Andrea told Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield that is proud of daughter Virginia for managing ‘school, gymnastics and now work’.
He said: ‘It’s a privilege for me to work with my family because for a lot of years I’ve been working far away.

‘To have the opportunity to have them next to me is very beautiful but I think it is also for Virginia a sort of child exploitation because she has school, gymnastics and now work.’
Andrea cut a cosy figure in a white knitted jumper and beige jeans as he children coordinated with him.
Matteo opted for a quarter zip nude sweatshirt while Virginia looked styling in a white blouse and a beige leopard print skater skirt.
Virginia, the youngest of Bocelli family admitted she ‘loves singing’ and it is a ‘tradition’ in the families home at Christmas.

She told ITV viewers: ‘I do love singing. It’s the number one tradition in our family to sing and have family moments and nothing is more important.’
Matteo revealed that after Christmas he has his own solo music coming out following in his father’s footsteps.
He added: ‘It is a very special moment for me because I have this beautiful time to share with the family but after Christmas I have my own solo music coming out in January.’

On the album cover Andrea, who is also father to son Amos, 27, posed lovingly with his two youngest children in all white ensembles.
For young Virginia, this is her first appearance on an album, having previously joined her father on stage in 2020.
While Matteo has already followed in his father’s footsteps and is enjoying the beginning of his own successful solo recording career, after signing to Capitol Records in 2019.
