Barstool personality Jersey Jerry finally made a hole-in-one on a golf simulator after 37 hours of trying, having received messages of support from the likes of Tom Brady and Brooks Koepka.  

‘It’s darkest before the dawn,’ Brady told Jerry on X, along with a photo of him at Super Bowl LI with his head down as a member of the New England Patriots.  

The game was 20-0 with Atlanta in the lead when the shot was taken and New England eventually came back to win the game in overtime. 

‘GREEN JACKET JERRY! LFG,’ Koepka said on X. 

Jersey Jerry completed the hole-in-one on virtual hole No. 7 of the iconic Pebble Beach course in California.

Less than 20 minutes after Brady’s message was posted is when Jersey Jerry sunk his successful attempt. 

Try No. 2,627 was the successful one, five short of tying the number of consecutive Major League Baseball games Cal Ripken Jr. played.  

Jersey Jerry’s attempt to make a hole-in-one eventually drew the attention of Pebble Beach Resorts itself.  

The social media for the resort posted a photo commemorating Jersey Jerry’s shot.  

‘Holy Schnikes!!!!! Thank you Pebble Beach. This is amazing,’ Jerry responded on X. 

Pebble Beach has hosted seven PGA major championships in the past.
