Carrie Bickmore doesn’t look like this anymore! TV veteran unveils new hair transformation after her return to TV

Carrie Bickmore unveiled her latest hair transformation on Tuesday.

The veteran presenter 42, took to Instagram to show off her freshly coloured blonde tresses after a visit to the celebrity-loved Marie Uva salon in Melbourne.

Carrie looked her best with a fresh colour, trim, and blowout after a visit to the salon, which is a favourite of the Melbourne WAGs.

‘Fresh colour with the best,’ Carrie captioned the post, tagging Marie Uva.

‘Congrats on 10 years Marie Uva and doing what you love Marie.’

It comes after the TV presenter made her return to the small screen for the celebrity edition of Gogglebox in October, on the couch with Fifi Box.

The episode was to raise awareness for youth mental health service ReachOut Australia, and starred the likes of Robert Irwin, Julia Morris and Andy Allen.

It was Carrie’s first TV gig since her departure from The Project in October last year, after a staggering 12 years on air.

Carrie had been absent for a three month ‘sabbatical’ with her family in London earlier in the year, before returning to the panel in July, only to quit in October.

Three months after leaving the show, Carrie announced she’d split from her partner of 11-years, Chris Walker.

‘It’s with immense sadness that Chris and I have decided to separate,’ she wrote in a statement on Instagram.

‘While this is a tough time, our focus is on parenting, loving and supporting our three children Ollie, Evie and Addie with everything that we’ve got.

‘They are doing great. We won’t be making any further comment.’

In May, Carrie announced she would briefly be returning to TV screens in a voice over role, after she scored a role on the hit Australian children’s show Bluey.
