Celebrity trainers reveal the simple 33 minute workout they swear by

The personal trainers responsible for some of the best bodies in Australia have revealed their diet and exercise secrets ahead of the summer months.

Transpose Fitness in Bondi Beach has a focus on boxing and boasts clients like Pip Edwards, Georgia Fowler, Elle Morris and Izi Simundic.

The Transpose trainers, Zach Vickers and Siannon Pallister, have both been in the modelling industry so understand the hard yards involved to stay in peak condition.

‘Having been a part of the industry for so many years has allowed us to not only understand the physical requirements and pressures placed on models but also the mental pressure that comes with having such high demands placed on you,’ Zach told FEMAIL.

‘This allows us to be more specific in the movements of choice and the areas we place a higher level of focus on, in terms of weight selection and workout structure,’ Zach added.

This is what has led the fitness duo to be known as the ‘go-to trainers’ for fly-in-fly-out Australian and international models.

They have also trained individuals such as Mimi Elashiry, Steffanie Roberts, Dougie Joseph, Maia Cotton, Alannah Walton and Danielle Bernstein of We Wore What.

When training their clients Zach and Siannon tailor the workouts to each individual.

They do this by figuring out what each person needs and how they respond to various forms of movement.

‘Each and every client is different and so too are their wants and needs,’ they said.

‘In all of our sessions, whether it be one on one or private, it’s a variation based on how their bodies respond, of weights, cardio, strength and conditioning, with a strong focus on boxing and the use of its proper technique.’

When asked why they think their classes have become so popular amongst models, influencers and the general public, the duo believe social media is partly to thank.

‘With the surge in social media and the level of accessibility into people’s lives, it has led to an increased awareness into the health and fitness industry,’ they said.

‘Especially with the audience of influencers now having an insight into the training modalities that they do themselves to stay fit and healthy.

‘Fortunately for us and our business, at the forefront of a lot of these influencers day-to-day exercise regimes and training schedules is boxing.’

Zach said boxing has always been present in the top five training methods for its vast amounts of physical and mental benefits.

Siannon has also revealed what people’s diets should look like to make the most of their gruelling exercise routines.

She said people should aim to buy organic whenever they can and stay away from processed food.

‘Find a farmers market near you, you will notice the difference in how fresh the produce is it – and buy in season,’ she said.

‘If you make your own food it will help you become conscious of what you’re putting inside yourself. Never diet, just create a healthy a way of life,’ Siannon added.

Zach said that boxing has always been a large part of his life after taking up the sport when he was 11.

Fast forward a decade and he is now running a business with his partner based around boxing.

‘I think it was a natural transition for us to get into training after both living and traveling as models, with fitness and health being of great importance in that world,’ he said.

‘During our modelling days we would help to train friends in the industry.’

Over the past few months they have been in the process of designing and producing a boxing glove with PE Nation and have finalised design and production.

The limited edition drop of the gloves will be coming October 2018.
