The star lost nine stone after undergoing a gastric sleeve operation in August 2020, which saw her drop from a size 18 to a size 10.

In an interview with OK! Magazine, Chanelle said: ‘I’m 8st now and a dress size 6-8. Last summer, I was around 9st 5lb and before having the sleeve fitted, I was a size 22 and 17st 4lb.’

‘I’ve actually been really stressed with university deadlines and the children’s schedules with schools and their dads and I think that’s caused the weight loss.

‘It means I’ve got more loose skin, so while I still feel a million times better than I did when I was unhealthy, I’m now thinking, ‘Maybe I want to do something about this,’ so I’m considering a tummy tuck.

The reality TV started added: ‘I feel like it’s ageing me a bit,’ before admitting she is also considering a boob lift as she believes her breasts are ‘disfigured’ after her surgery.

Chanelle underwent her gastric operation in 2020, and explained at the time that the operation was a ‘last resort’ after battling with her weight for years.

Following the operation, she explained the reasons for going under the knife, writing on social media: ‘It was an accumulation of things: medical issues related to obesity, mental health deterioration, I hardly left the house. I needed a second chance at my health.’

Chanelle was asked if she felt she had any options, to which she wrote: ‘Yes definitely. I would have continued eating myself into an early grave had I not tried surgery. It isn’t for everyone and I researched it extensively and it changed my life.’

It comes after Chanelle broke down into tears over her mental health struggles recently.

But the star later took to social media to insist she is ‘completely fine’ after the emotional moment.

She said she ‘likes to keep her social media transparent and reveal how my actual life is’ instead of creating an illusion.

Chanelle asked followers not to judge her as she thanked them for their support after she broke down, saying: ‘Please don’t judge me’.

In the video she said: ‘Please don’t judge me for the fact that I’m in the same outfit, same location just with extra grease in my hair and a pair of glasses on. Otherwise I’m exactly the same as yesterday’s post.

‘Just wanted to thank you all for the lovely messages of support and that you feel the same sometimes and acknowledgment that life can be cr***y.

‘Anyway I’m not going to bore you but just wanted to let you all know that everything is completely fine.

Chanelle admitted that ‘adulting is hard’ and she doesn’t enjoy putting on a fake smile for social media because ‘things aren’t always great’.

She continued: ‘It was just a rubbish day on a really rubbish week. I like to keep my Instagram reflective and transparent of how my actual life is.

‘A lot of people just post highlights which is completely fine, share what you want to share but sometimes adulting is hard and social media can be a b***er really.

‘You see all this stuff that everything is great but your sat there not feeling so great, so my post was about showing how it is easy to put on a smile and highlight the good when really we could do with realising things aren’t always great.’

She was referring to a video in which she sobbed on social media, admitting she feels ‘lost and overwhelmed’ after a ‘rubbish’ start to 2023.
