Ajax goalkeeper Andre Onana is available ‘at the right price’ this summer, according to manager Erik ten Hag.

The former Barcelona academy graduate has caught the eye of Europe’s elite in the Dutch league, and was part of Ajax’s 2018-19 run to the Champions League semi-finals.

Onana is being targeted by Chelsea, who are considering replacing record-signing Kepa Arrizabalaga, and his old club Barcelona, who want competition for Andre ter-Stegen.

‘Andre is very important to us and of course we don’t want to lose him, but it’s true that we have an agreement from last year about the development scenario and what steps we will take if the right club comes in at the right price,’ ten Hag told Algemeen Dagblad.

Onana only missed one game this season for Ajax, reaching 178 appearances for the Amsterdam side after being poached from the Catalan club’s La Masia academy.

At only 24-years-old he has impressive first-team experience after making his breakthrough in the 2016-17 season.
