The 46-year-old, who has worked as an instructor for nine years, said: ‘It doesn’t matter if you’re famous or not, you still need to park properly.

‘You see it all the time and you get more and more frustrated because people think they can just make their own rules up.

‘I was fuming; my learner couldn’t even get past because of how he had parked, it was dangerous.

‘There were spaces further down he could have parked in because I even managed to turn my car around after dropping my learner off and then go back and park in one of the couple of empty spaces.’

Lyndsay captured the images to alert others to the dangers of incorrect parking.

She added: ‘The double yellow lines on Rodney Street are there to allow traffic to flow properly.

‘But we were unable to even get onto Rodney Street because another car was coming and he has blocked the way.

A representative for Ross Barkley declined to comment.
