A lavish duplex condo formerly owned by Cher has gone on sale in Los Angeles for almost $7 million, DailyMailTV can exclusively reveal.
The home, which has been unoccupied since the singer moved out in 2013, sits in the exclusive Sierra Towers apartment complex where former and current residents include Elton John, Joan Collins, Emma Watson and Sandra Bullock.
Cher bought the West Hollywood property in 2006 from Goodfellas actor Vincent Gallo. Prior to that, the home was owned by Dreamworks boss David Geffen.
DailyMailTV was given an exclusive tour of the lavish property by Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles star David Parnes, 35, who says the condo is one of the most spectacular he’s ever seen.
Speaking exclusively to DailyMailTV, he said: ‘This is the most exclusive full service condo building in Los Angeles.
‘Nothing much in this apartment has changed since Cher moved out apart from the furniture and it was designed by Martin Laurence Bullard who is responsible for many of the Kardashian houses. In my opinion, it is exquisite.’

The two-floor apartment, which covers 2,302 square feet and is spread over two floors, is on the market for $6,995,000.
Originally two separate apartments, the two were connected by a previous owner and the home was later completely remodeled to Cher’s liking.
Downstairs is a huge open-plan sitting room and living area, complete with a Moroccan themed kitchen that features custom-made wooden paneling and hidden Miele appliances.

He told DailyMailTV: ‘The best part of the condo is the views. You have Downtown all the way across the city, to Century City and the ocean.
‘That is the best view channel you can get in Los Angeles and even though we’re priced at $6,995,000 – for a view like that, I’d say it’s a bargain.’

British Parnes, who will appear in the new season of Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles from January 3, says he has sold multiple celebrity homes and tries to treat VIP clients like any other.
He said: ‘We work with a lot of celebrities and we’ve bought houses for them and sold houses for them but they’re much like anyone else.
‘Everyone gets kind of blown away by the fact they’re celebrities and I understand that but when you have a job to do, you make sure you do it best whoever the client is.’
He did admit to being occasionally star-struck, but added: ‘You just kind of keep your cool and treat them like any of your great clients and you make sure that you’re being of service to them.’
Parnes has also made a number of celebrity friends of his own, including Joan Collins, but says despite his starry lifestyle, he is happiest around his new wife Adrian Abnosi and their eight-month-old daughter India Rose.
The couple, who met in 2013, married in a lavish wedding in the south of France last year and announced they were expecting shortly after they returned.
The 35-year-old told DailyMailTV: ‘I got married to the lady of my dreams, Adrian, and we got married in the south of France – it was a beautiful, beautiful ceremony with our closest and bestest.

‘We got back to LA and lo and behold, Adrian was pregnant so we now have a beautiful baby girl called India Rose and she’s just the best thing that ever happened to us – I feel very blessed.’
He added: ‘Fatherhood is a game changer. It’s very tiring, don’t get me wrong, but it’s just so worth it. It’s the most rewarding feeling ever.
‘[Partner] James [Harris] is the godfather of my daughter, like I’m the godfather of his daughter, and it’s just a really special time.’
Along with dealing with fatherhood and Million Dollar Listing, Parnes says he and Harris have plans to launch a candid video blog next year.
But for now, he’s concentrating on selling Cher’s condo – and says he doesn’t expect it to hang around for long, despite the eye-watering price tag.
He said: ‘I’d like to think it will sell soon – I think it’s very, very special and I’m very confident about it. There’s nothing else like it.’
