Chris Brown is being accused of failing to pay child support for his daughter.
Nia Guzman, the mother of five-year-old Royalty, claims the singer has yet to pay up even after being ordered to fork over $17,743 a month back in February, according to court documents obtained by the Blast.
So Guzman now is seeking over $258,000 in back child support from the R&B singer.

She now claims that along with still owing the back pay, he also has not yet provided the ‘value of housing [he] agreed to supply.’
The Loyal singer is claimed to earn $7.5 million a year in the documents.
Guzman also says the lack of payment has created a ‘great hardship’ because she does not work and relies on him for financial support.
And Guzman claims that the 30-year-old ‘has repeatedly engaged in conduct that dramatically increased the cost of litigation.
‘He has ignored deposition notices, offered to participate in mediation in a court hearing then failed to even respond to potential mediation dates when proposed, and ignored settlement offers altogether,’ the court docs explained.

Chris and Nia have been locked in a battle over the monthly fee and last year Guzman initially requested $21,000 a month and $250k in back payment.
They were originally said to have settled on an undisclosed amount with Chris agreeing to buy Guzman a house.

Insiders told TMZ last fall that Chris and Nia, who have a famously turbulent relationship, are now on more amicable terms and getting on better than ever.
In September, the Beautiful People singer argued their daughter would be ‘spoilt’ if he increased his payments in line with Nia’s request or gave her the $250,000 in retroactive child support she had also asked for.

Nia has also claimed that Chris only has Royalty 20 percent of the time, but the chart-topper insisted he has her for at least 12 days a month.
Outlining his expenses, Chris stated that he pays $6,000-per-month for Royalty’s private school and also covers her medical expenses and the cost of her nanny – even though Nia’s mother reportedly takes of her.
He also argued that he paid $1,770.98 a month for vacations and travel, $1,516.59 for gifts and entertainment, and another $419 for various ‘activities.’

Chris accused Nia of using their little girl as a pawn and made it clear on his documents that he’s not willing to pay the $21,000 per month she has reportedly requested.
However, Brown has offered to increase the fee to $9,813 a month.
He also claimed that the pair only slept together once and said that Nia didn’t tell him she was pregnant until Royalty was born but, even then, claimed she withheld custody from him when he refused to cough up more money in support.
