The mother of Chris Brown’s child is having some serious troubles.
Nia Guzman has been receiving death threats by Shakur Sozahdah with hints that she wants to kidnap her daughter Royalty, according to a Tuesday report from TMZ.
Now Guzman, 34, has filed a police report and taken out a restraining order against Sozahdah, who used to be a friend.

‘Nia says Shakur is making criminal threats,’ the site added.

The site claimed to have talked to sources that say Nia believes this woman wants to murder her and then kidnap Royalty, aged three.
Shakur has recorded and posted a song that threatens Nia and Royalty, the site noted.
‘I really hate this b*** / I won’t take my foot off your neck / You lucky I love your little daughter like I do, do ’cause we woulda already run the f*** up on you, you,’ she sang.

Sozahdah also claimed that Nia does cocaine and has diseases.
Nia and Chris shared custody of Royalty and she reportedly receives $2,500 a month in support.
Royalty was born in May 2014 following a brief fling between Chris and Nia, who had been friends for years.
However, the singer’s paternity of Royalty wasn’t made public until March 2015, when the tot was 10 months old.
At the time, the singer was in a long-term relationship with Californian model Karrueche Tran, who promptly dumped him.

Making things even more awkward was the fact Karrueche and Nia appeared to have been friends and were pictured partying together.
In 2016 Nia talked to Latina magazine about how difficult it is to be a single mother.
‘I want to keep her as normal as possible on my end. I’m not a millionaire like daddy, so of course it is going to be regular on my side,’ she said.
‘It’s just going to take a lot of talking and just getting her to know right from right and wrong from wrong, and not be some spoiled little rich kid out here just thinking that the world is hers and she can do whatever she wants. I don’t want her to self-destruct. I want her to be raised normal.’
