Chris Pratt took to his Instagram on Wednesday to share a video of himself grappling with former UFC Heavyweight Champion Rodrigo ‘Minotauro’ Noguiera.
The 38-year-old actor showed just how strong he is as he wrapped his arms around the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt’s torso, clasped his hands in a Gable grip, lifted him, and laid him down on the mat.

Chris seems to have a good rapport with the 41-year-old fighting legend as they shared a few laughs in between short grappling sessions.
The former star of Parks And Recreation showed off his athletic physique in a clinging black rash guard, grey fight shorts, and a protective knee sleeve.
The Guardians Of The Galaxy star definitely has respect for the former champion and MMA in general as he shared the video with the lengthy caption.
He wrote: ‘If you know me you know I’m a massive fan of MMA (mixed martial arts) I consider JiuJitsu, karate, tae kwon do, judo and wrestling to be just as much an art form as acting is a job (which is to say sometimes it doesn’t feel like it is.) Regardless it’s a discipline which requires intense training, dedication and sacrifice.

‘Today I was blessed to enjoy a training session with a couple of MMA’s greatest practitioners. The Noguera brothers are São Paulo natives and absolute legends. “MINOTAURO” asked me to demonstrate some wrestling takedowns on him. ‘
Chris definitely seems to be familiar with Noguiera’s incredible career which spanned 16 years.
Chris continued: ‘He is a former heavyweight champion in both UFC and Pride and is widely considered to be one of the toughest humans in the planet. He’s also one of the nicest.

Chris can soon be seen once again in his superhero role as Star Lord AKA Peter Quill as he could be seen in one of the Avengers: Infinity War posters unveiled on Wednesday.
He could be seen shooting a gun in his signature orange leather jacket in one of the 22 promotional images released. The film is set for worldwide release on April 27.
